Jemez.com began as "Jemez Internet Access" in 1995 as the first ISP that served the Jemez Monutains, Cooridor, Valley, Cañon, Ponderosa, Jemez Pueblo and San Isidro. We had 30 dial-up modems and a T1 1.5 connection that we paid way to much for. But we did it and we did with the help of the many people. People like Kathlyn Wiegner, Bruce Croizer, Bob and Frances Strian, Dar Hourigan and many, many more. I guess the thing of it was we were determined to make it work. The technology was new and it was a new way of communication with people around the world. The Jemez Valley Schools had Internet service for the first time. The Laughing Lizard was booking tourists from Europe in advanced. Jemez Mountian Water was selling water. It was hard work, lots of fun and experience I will always treasure.

Jemez.com is now an on-line photographic studio of images taken in and around the Jemez mountains. The website will be updated on a monthly basis so do make it a point to come back thank you for your visit.

Thank you ~ Garcias,
